RC Elite Painting was founded based on a dream, which began when Roberto decided to pursue his painting contractor's license after more than 20 years of experience in the field. During this time, he had worked primarily for Ron Olson at Olson Painting in Carmel, CA. As Ron began to consider slowing down and possibly retiring, he and Roberto decided that it would be best for Roberto to pursue his license. With the assistance of Jazlyn, Roberto's daughter, they turned their dream into a reality and established RC Elite Painting in 2017. Initially, the company relied on connections from Olson Painting to start doing business. Since then, the company has continued to thrive, expanding its team to eight and planning to add more in the future.
